Hotel & SMA headquarters

Since its construction in 1972, the Pullman Paris Rive Gauche was one of the parisian hotel business fleuron. This 23 floors building is now getting set for a whole new life.

Offices and stores have been created, while the hotel function is preserved over an area of 7100 m². The project designed by Wilmotte & Associes consisted in a complete reconversion with exacting sustainability objectives for the offices.
